v0.39: Grademe is back in your terminal.
Try the CLI betaBuild the YYMMDDHHMM version from its parts and return whether it fits in a signed 32-bit integer.
Just after midnight on January 1, 2022, Microsoft Exchange servers around the world stopped delivering mail. The antimalware scanner tagged each update with a date and time, like 2201010001, and stored it in a signed 32-bit integer. That value is about 2.2 billion, past the 2.147 billion ceiling of a signed 32-bit int, so it overflowed and the scanner refused to load, quietly freezing every message stuck behind it. Build the version and tell whether the mail still flows.
