Objective

Implement a function that tells you whether an unsigned integer is an exact power of two.

Steps

The function receives one unsigned integer n.
Return 1 if n is a power of 2 (i.e. 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, …).
Return 0 for any value that is not a power of 2.
0 is not considered a power of 2, return 0 for it.
You may not use any external functions.
